How to adopt AI work tools inside the apps your team already uses

- Does the feature run as a preview, beta or general release?
- Are plan, region or tenant limits disclosed?
- Is the AI action informational, or can it trigger an irreversible step?
If you cannot answer those questions clearly, the workflow is probably too open-ended to scale safely.
